As a children’s physiotherapist, Sam’s “sideline” of treating runners seems unusual, till you hear her husband is a long-distance runner within a club and one of her teenage sons prefers the much shorter distances with sprinting or 5K.
Over the last five years Sam has helped many runners with emergency treatments to get across the finish line, recovery post run and treatment/rehab for the expected (and unexpected) injuries, both related to running and not.

Who: Runners and amateur athletes of any age. If you are a professional athlete, then Sam would advise you speak to a therapist specialised in your field.
What: Sam will be able to assess and treat chronic or acute musculoskeletal injuries. If the assessment indicates an alternative treatment, Sam will give and advice and signpost on.
Where: Typically, appointments would be by schedule in a clinic, just east of Bridgwater, exceptional appointments can be arranged to suit you (travel time and expenses will be added as appropriate).
When: Wednesdays, late afternoon to early evening. Exceptional appointments can be arranged to suit you
How: Simply email Sam on Hello@PhysioSam.co.uk and she will get back to you. Appointments will be arranged and prices will be discussed on contact.
